Picking up your rental in Slovakia requires the standard EU document package:

How to pay: We accept all major personalized bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). If you prefer to pay in cash at pick-up, simply mention this preference when submitting your booking request.

No. We understand that you are actively traveling, so a standard exterior wash and basic interior cleaning (dust, footprints on the mats) are already included in the rental price. You can simply return the car after your normal trips around Slovakia’s cities or highways.
However, please note a small exception: if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., heavy mud inside after mountain trips, stained seats, excessive pet hair, or tobacco odor), an extra deep cleaning fee may apply. With normal, careful use, there will be no extra charges!

What are the fueling rules when renting a car?
We use the fairest and most transparent policy for our customers: "Same-to-Same".
How it works: At pick-up, we will note the exact fuel level on your rental agreement together. You simply need to return the vehicle with the exact same amount of petrol or diesel.

What does the basic insurance include?
Our Basic Insurance (CDW) includes mandatory Third-Party Liability (TPL) as well as protection against collision damage and theft, subject to an excess (deductible). This means that in the event of an incident, your financial liability is limited to the amount of the security deposit.
Please note: Damage to tires, glass, side mirrors, and the undercarriage is not covered by the basic policy. For full protection, we recommend choosing our Gold coverage plan (which also includes a zero-deposit benefit).
