Can I rent a car on weekends or public holidays?
Yes, you can. You can pick up or return the car at any time convenient for you.

Yes, we offer a "One Way" service. You can return the car at any of our drop-off locations. This is especially convenient if you’re traveling across different cities in Europe!

Fuel: You must return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it. If you are unable to refuel the car, we can do it for you for an additional fee.

What is the minimum driver age required to rent a car?
The minimum driver age is 19 years old, and the driver’s license must have been valid for at least one year.

Can I rent a car for a company registered outside the Czech Republic?
Yes, you can rent a car for a company in another country. We can issue an invoice for any company. For this, we’ll need the company name, tax ID number, registered address, and email address.
Do the cars have any advertising or other stickers?
No, the cars do not have any advertising stickers or other markings. It is impossible to determine that they are rental cars.
Can I travel to other countries outside the Czech Republic?
Yes, most of our cars are suitable for traveling across Europe. Just let us know during the booking process, and we will prepare everything you need for a worry-free trip.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
The cost of renting a car starts at €19 per day and depends on the rental period, car class, and selected additional services.

How can I pay for the rental and deposit?
You can pay for the rental and deposit in cash (in CZK, EUR, or USD) or by credit/debit card.
If paying in cash, the deposit is refunded immediately upon returning the car in the same currency it was paid. If paying by card, the process to get money back depends on the conditions of your bank, generally it takes 1-5 working days.

What types of cards are accepted?
We accept all major cards, both debit and credit, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB, American Express, and more. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The deposit is refunded to your card within 3–5 business days after the car is returned, provided everything is in order. It’s quick and hassle-free!

Both individuals and legal entities are eligible to rent a car. All you need is an ID card and a driver’s license.
I want to rent a car for my company. Does a company representative need to be present?
You can rent a car for your company without the presence of a company representative.
I violated traffic rules and may receive a fine. What should I do?
If we receive a fine for a traffic violation, our manager will contact you. The fine can be paid anonymously.
If the fine is not paid within the specified timeframe, we will be required to forward your details to the appropriate authorities. They will contact you directly to collect payment. In this case, you may incur additional penalties for late payment.

I want to return the car earlier than planned.
- Short-term rental: You can return the car earlier than planned. Just inform our call center of your plans in advance.
- Long-term rental: If you’ve used 75% or more of the rental period, we will refund the remaining balance. If less than 75% of the rental period has been used, half of the unused balance will be refunded, while the other half will be retained as compensation for reserving the vehicle for your booking period.

What should I do in case of an accident?

What should I do if the car breaks down?
Our vehicles are regularly maintained to prevent such issues. However, if something does happen, just give us a call, and we will arrange a replacement car or emergency assistance, no matter where you are.
Do I need to pay anything in case of an accident that is my fault?
Basic insurance with excess is included, covering accidents, theft, vandalism, and natural disasters. The excess amount equals the deposit. We also offer zero-excess insurance, where all risks are covered, and you won’t need to pay anything in the event of a claim.

Insurance does not cover damage to tires not caused by an accident, as insurance companies classify this as human error.
